what’s so special about your products?
well, at circle we think preloved. all our products are made from textiles that are considered waste and were going to end up in landfill. we have created a new purpose for them and increased their lifespan to their full potential. by reducing waste generation through recycling and reuse, we're also contributing to the un's sustainable development goal number 12: responsible consumption and production.
all our products are made from samples, dead stock or anything really that's left of that textile. handmade by our local seamstresses, we do our best to reuse and upcycle every single bit of it, that’s why sizes may be unusual, there may be slight imperfections and all their appearances are absolutely unique…but that’s just the beauty of keeping it circular..
how does circle work?
we partner with amazing brands to rescue, reuse and repurpose their old textiles into home textiles. all our products are limited to available stock, making them unique and exclusive.
my product isn't flawless, what happened?
all our pieces are made from unwanted textiles that were considered waste (such as samples, dead stock or even off cuts). we do our best to repurpose and upcycle every single bit of it however some of these textiles may have slight imperfections due to their nature and that's what makes them absolutely unique.
how were your products made?
our products are made with love by our amazing seamstress in portugal. all our textile pieces are handmade, all leather pieces are crafted in our factory.
what about your packaging?
well, depending on your order's size you may receive your new products inside a branded envelope or box. we really keep it circular all the way, so if you do receive your order in a box, please note that we are reusing old boxes that have been preloved before.
to where do you ship?
currently, we ship to all european countries (including United Kingdom). hopefully, with your help, we’ll be able to ship worldwide soon.
my product hasn’t arrived or is damaged
we’ll be sorry to hear that, but please get in touch and let us know what happened.
i'm unhappy with the product. can i return my order for a refund?
as you know, we believe in happily ever after so we do think you’ll be the perfect match. however, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange providing the product has not been opened or used, and you return it to us within 15 working days. please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we find that the items have been used.
